The Rantings of a Marketing Professional, Artist and Designer

Hello and welcome to my corner of the web! After years of creating business sites and establishing brands, I’ve finally decided to create my own personal online presence – where I can rant and rave about whatever I like. Here I showcase some of my latest ideas, works of art, and design portfolio.

My main goal is for this website to act as a vehicle for learning and growth, but I also hope that it helps establish new connections and friendships. I always enjoy meeting new people and it would be great to meet other like-minded professionals. Additionally, I figure this would be a great way to explain my passions with others and connect the dots.

Since childhood I’ve had a deep love for art and design - I still try to develop on these skills daily. I’m a self described as a ‘perpetual student at heart’ - I’m always reading new things, picking up new hobbies, and pursuing new ventures. Currently I have an illustrated children’s book in the works, with plans on self publishing - possibly through print-on-demand. There are also several other projects I’ve taken up for fun, including ownership of a t-shirt design company, Palmetto Blended.

Above all, there is probably one most common underlying theme in anything I do, and that’s love for South Carolina and my community. Can you guess this after viewing my work or any projects I have going on? I have always felt strongly about home - here in the Lowcountry, there is a special blend of sense of community, pride and laid back style that is hard to match anywhere else. Not to mention that Charleston is one of the most beatiful cities in the world, a mix of history and culture - surrounded by great personalities and gorgeous beaches!
